…someone that will thoroughly look into your habits and help you change them.
I have experience with several PTs and Timon is the only one with a real technical background.
From the start, Timon takes you through sleep, nutrition and movement. […] I feel stronger and fitter.
Besides fitness coaching, Timon also gives sound advice on other health-related aspects, whether it's nutrition, sleep, etc. A truly unique combination!
The best investment of the last 15 years for a small amount, with a big personal ROI.
Your scale jumps.
Your trend doesn't.
Water, salt and a short night can shift your weight from one morning to the next. The app filters out that noise, follows your real trend and only changes your calories when the trend calls for it.
What you get and when.
After the intake
Your training program, built around the days and the time you have. Your daily targets for calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat.
After your first week
A baseline: your trend weight, your first logged sessions and your starting weight for each exercise. Went too light in week one? Week two takes a bigger step up.
After two weeks
Your first adjustment, calculated from your own trend and your own log. You see what changed and why.
After that
Every week, your training weights follow what you lifted. Every two weeks, your calorie and macro targets follow your trend, once there's enough data to trust it.
Fixed rules. You see why your plan changes.
Your plan is built from your intake and adjusted to your own data. Every change follows a fixed rule, based on current scientific research and on the method I use with my clients. Each week you see which rule changed your plan and why.
Example summary. Gold shows what the system sets for you.
- Calculates your trend weight every night, a smoothed average of your weigh-ins, so one salty dinner never moves your plan.
- Reads your weekly check-in: how many days you followed the plan, how you slept, your stress and your recovery.
- Reads your steps and sleep from your watch, ring or other wearable, synced through the health app on your phone.
- Estimates what you really burn from your food log and your trend.
- Adjusts your calories and macros in small steps when the trend calls for it. Your targets never go below your basal metabolic rate.
- Moves your targets only when there's enough data to trust the trend. In a week you followed the plan on fewer than five days, your targets stay where they are and your summary shows what will help you get back on track.
- Sets next week's weights and reps for every exercise based on what you logged.
- Plans a lighter week when your recovery scores stay low.
- Sends you a short written summary of your week, in the app and by email.
Four steps. Three of them are yours.
- 01
Complete the intake.
Your goal, the pace you want, how many days you train, how long a session can last, your preferred split, up to two muscle groups to focus on, injuries, your food preferences and allergies. The system uses every answer.
- 02
Get your program and your targets.
A full training program with a demo video for every exercise and a warm-up built into every session. Daily targets for calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat.
- 03
Log what you can.
Nothing is mandatory. You can log your weight in the morning, your food and, for each set, the weight, the reps and how many reps you had left in the tank (RIR). Your weekly feedback by email and the adjustments to your meal plan and training plan are built on what you log. The more you log, the more accurate they get.
- 04
The system adjusts.
Once a week you fill in a short check-in. The system reads it together with everything you logged: weight, food, sets, steps and sleep. Then it sets up your next week.
| Set | Weight | Reps | RIR |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 60 kg | 10 | 3 |
| 2 | 60 kg | 10 | 3 |
| 3 | 60 kg | 10 | 2 |
Training. Every set counts.
A program built around your schedule, your focus and your injuries. Each exercise has a rep range. Hit the top of that range at your target RIR and the weight goes up the following week. Every week has a next step: one more rep, or a little more weight, down to 0.25 kg if your equipment allows it.
Every exercise comes with ready-made alternatives, so a busy machine or a sore joint never stops a session. Pick the alternative and log it like any other exercise.
Nutrition. Your macros, your choices.
Your plan is built on macros. Logging your food is optional and built for speed: scan a barcode or snap a photo of your plate, with products from European supermarkets. Add a note and how full you felt afterwards, so hunger becomes data too.
Choose your food preferences. Your log and your trend weight together tell the system what you really burn.
Your shopping list and two meal plans
You start by signing up in the app and completing the intake. Once your nutrition plan is ready, you get a complete shopping list built on your own macros, plus two different meal plans. They're a guide to what eating within your targets looks like. You choose what you eat and aim for your macros.
- Breakfast logged, photo, satiety 4 of 5
- Lunch logged, satiety 3 of 5
- Afternoon open
- Dinner open
Everything in one app.
The Coach Timon app is an adaptive app for training, nutrition, lifestyle and sleep. It builds a strength training program and daily calorie and macro targets from your intake, then adjusts your training every week and your nutrition targets every two weeks to your own data: your trend weight, your logged sets with reps in reserve, your weekly check-in and the steps and sleep from your wearable. Every adjustment follows a fixed rule based on scientific research.
Every exercise comes with a demo video
With tempo and rest time. New to the gym? You see exactly how each movement is done.
Warm-up built in
Every session includes a warm-up, with videos that show you how to warm up properly. From week two, your warm-up sets are calculated from the weights and reps you logged the week before. In week one, while you find your weights, you get simple warm-up instructions.
An alternative for every exercise
Busy machine, sore joint or a movement that doesn't work for you yet? Swap in a prepared alternative and log it like any other exercise.
A self-paced learning track
Guides on how health works: training, nutrition, sleep, recovery and habits. Built on research, with one concrete action per chapter. No deadlines.
Community
Train alongside other members who use the same system. Share your progress and ask your questions.
Shopping list
A complete shopping list built on your own macros, which you get as soon as your nutrition plan is ready. Together with your two meal plans, it shows what to buy for a week within your targets.
Sleep and recovery
Sleep is part of your weekly check-in and of how the system reads your recovery. Poor recovery changes your training week.
Habits, one at a time
The app suggests a few small habits, like 10 squats or a short walk after a meal, a large glass of water before each main meal or no screens in the last hour before bed. You start with one. When it sticks, the app suggests the next one.
Progress, day by day
Weight, measurements, strength and photos, with a full overview every month.
Six languages
The app speaks English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. The guides also come in Dutch.
Weekly feedback by email
Every week you get automatic feedback by email, in your own language.
Who the app is for
- You want to improve your health and you want to know why each step works.
- You're new to strength training. Every exercise comes with a video and a clear explanation, plus an alternative when a movement doesn't work for you yet.
- You've been training for years and want to connect the missing links between your training, nutrition, data and recovery, so you can refine your goals.
- You train in a gym or have the equipment to follow a strength program.
- You want structure that keeps running in a busy week.
- You decide how much you log. Nothing is mandatory, and the more you log, the more accurate your weekly feedback and your plan become.
Why I built this
I've used a lot of apps myself, for training, for food, for sleep. Every one of them missed something, and none of them fit my philosophy: staying healthy for life. So I decided to build my own.
Coaching and personal training are often seen as expensive. With this app, I want to introduce people to strength training in an affordable and accessible way, with the right knowledge from the start. That has always been my goal: to help as many people as possible, as efficiently and affordably as possible, with an approach built on science and data. That spares them the slow and painful road I took myself: the long search for how all of this works.
What people miss are the links between training, nutrition, sleep and the rest of their life. How a few bad nights should change your training week. How a stressful month shows up on the scale. None of it is rocket science. It has to be clear enough to act on, week after week.
So I put everything I use with my own clients into one system. 443 scientific studies, several certifications and the knowledge of top-tier industry experts. Every feature is in every plan.
Every change follows a rule. Every rule has a documented basis.
Every rule is set in advance: when your data show this, the app does that. One example: you reach the top of your rep range at your target RIR, so the weight goes up the next week. The same data always lead to the same decision. This is how many rules cover each area:
- 57Training
- 36Nutrition
- 52Sleep and lifestyle
- 19Safety
- 24Intake
Our rules draw on published research and guidelines, including the work of
ISSN, AASM sleep consensus, Eve Van Cauter, Charles Czeisler, Shona Halson, Herman Pontzer, WHO, Susan Michie.
Coach Timon is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the researchers and organisations named.
Podcasts and social media are never the basis for a rule. Books count only where they summarise the research.
The person behind the system
I'm Timon Dhaeze, High Performance Health Coach. Historian, data geek, natural bodybuilder, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, developer, creative and consultant.
I lost my brother in 2017. In the years after, I went through depression and eating disorders, and I lost more than 25 kilos on the way back. That slow road taught me how training, nutrition, sleep and daily habits keep influencing each other. I've been strength training for seven years and have guided more than 25 people to a lasting transformation. My company, FD96 BV, is a tribute to my brother Florian Dhaeze, who was born in 1996.
This app runs on rules that build on the method I use with my clients and on published research: how targets are calculated, how fast they're allowed to move, when training steps up and when it backs off. I turned them into a system that works for you every week.
Prefer to work with me personally? I take on a maximum of ten people at a time for High Performance 1:1 Health Coaching.
Your health, handled.

Questions
When does it launch?
The closed beta starts on 1 November 2026 for the first 30 people who sign up for it, free of charge. The date of the official launch will be announced. One week before that launch, the waiting list gets first access to the founding spots.
Is this for me?
It is if you're healthy, motivated and want to improve your health with strength training, nutrition and sleep. It works from your first session to years of lifting experience, and every exercise has a video and an explanation. The intake includes a few safety questions. If you have a history of eating disorders, are pregnant or have a medical condition, the app isn't the right start for you. Talk to a qualified professional first: your doctor, a dietitian, a physiotherapist or a psychologist, depending on your situation.
I'm an athlete. Is this for me too?
Yes. If you already train hard, the app takes care of the parts most people run on feel. Next week's weights and reps come from what you logged and how many reps you had left in the tank. Your nutrition targets follow your trend weight. Sleep and recovery are part of your weekly check-in, and when your recovery scores stay low, the system plans a lighter week. You decide how many days you lift and how long a session can last. New to lifting? Your first block starts on a beginner schedule, so you can build up. Peaking for a powerlifting meet or preparing for a competition? Then you want someone who builds everything around your calendar, and that's what High Performance 1:1 Health Coaching is for.
Do I have to log my food?
No, it's optional. Your plan is built on macros and your log shows how close you are to them. It takes a few minutes a day: scan a barcode, snap a photo of your plate or copy yesterday's meal. Your weekly feedback and the adjustments to your plan are built on what you log, so the more you log, the more accurate they get.
Do I have to weigh myself every day?
No, it's optional. One weigh-in says little, because water, salt, carbohydrates and sleep move the scale from day to day. The more often you weigh in, the more reliable your trend and the more precisely your targets follow it.
What is RIR?
Reps in reserve: how many more clean reps you could have done at the end of a set. RIR 0 means nothing left. RIR 2 means two more. If you log it with your sets, the program uses it to set your weights for the next week. All the terms are explained in this article.
Does the app plan deloads and diet breaks?
Yes. When your recovery scores stay low, or when an experienced lifter finishes a training block, the app plans a deload week: lighter weights, so your body can recover and come back stronger. During a longer stretch of fat loss, it can plan a diet break, a period where your calories go up to maintenance for a while. From week two, your warm-up sets are set every week too, based on the weights and reps you logged the week before. All the terms are explained in this article.
What if I have an injury?
Mention it in the intake. If it still hurts, or no doctor or physiotherapist has cleared you to train, the app isn't the right start yet. Once you're cleared, your program trains everything around that joint and Timon checks it.
What is the self-paced learning track?
An education track inside the app on how health works: training, nutrition, sleep, recovery and habits. Every guide is built on scientific research and gives you one concrete action per chapter, with checklists and worksheets. You follow it at your own pace, without deadlines.
Can I adjust my plan myself?
Yes. Your training program, meal plan, macros and habits are proposals built on your data, and you're always free to choose differently. Swap an exercise for its alternative, log your own meals, choose which suggested habit you start with. You also decide how much you log. The app keeps calculating from what you actually do. Only the safety checks stay switched on for everyone.
I'm a coach, personal trainer or business owner. Can I use it too?
Yes, for your own training and nutrition, like any other member. Would you like to use it with your clients or your team? Tick the partner box when you join the waiting list and you'll be the first to hear about partner options.
What language is the app in?
The app will be available in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. The guides inside the app come in those six languages and in Dutch.
What will it cost?
At launch: €49 per month, €249 for six months or €399 for twelve months, VAT included. Every plan starts with two weeks free. The monthly plan can be cancelled any month. Joining the waiting list costs nothing.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal always applies, to every plan and to lifetime access (withdrawal page). On top of that, the monthly plan comes with a satisfaction guarantee: ask within 30 days of your first monthly payment and you get that first month refunded in full, once per person. Your access then stops. The conditions are in article 16 of the app terms. The monthly plan can also be cancelled any month. Outside the right of withdrawal, the 6- and 12-month plans and lifetime access aren't refundable, so start with the monthly plan if you want to try it first. Every plan also starts with two weeks free. Email coaching@timondhaeze.com.
In which countries is the app available?
In the 27 countries of the European Union, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (together the European Economic Area), the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It isn't offered in other countries.
What happens with my details?
We use your name and email to tell you when the beta and the app open and to send you the founding offer. Your phone number is optional. Tick the newsletter box and you also get the newsletter. To be removed from the list, email coaching@timondhaeze.com. More in the privacy policy.
What does lifetime access include?
Everything a regular subscriber gets, for as long as the app exists, for one payment of €199 including VAT. The waiting list can buy it one week before the official launch and uses the app from that day. Lifetime means for as long as I offer the app. If it stops within three years of your payment, you get a pro-rata refund (article 15 of the app terms). Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies to lifetime access too. There are 100 founding spots. One was reserved before reservations closed on 11 October 2026. Spots still open go to everyone at the official launch. Lifetime can't be bought or reserved today and joining the waiting list costs nothing. Only in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Questions? Email coaching@timondhaeze.com.
