Fat loss that lasts

A system that reduces your fat mass while you keep living your life, instead of a crash diet that breaks you in six weeks. I lost more than 25 kilos myself and know exactly where the traps are.

How do you lose fat without gaining it back?

By dropping all-or-nothing thinking. In 54 women who lost ten percent of their weight and were followed for a year, black-and-white thinking and their highest ever weight were the only two predictors of regain. Someone who treats one bad day as failure tips the whole week. Someone with a structure that absorbs a bad day keeps the weight off.

Every attempt ends the same way

Start strict, lose some, bounce back. The yo-yo effect is not a character flaw; it is the logical result of a plan that was too strict.

The scale decides your mood

A good number makes your day, a bad one throws the plan overboard. That keeps fat loss a gamble instead of a process.

You eat 'healthy' and nothing moves

Without insight into portions and protein, healthy eating can still be too much, or far too little. Guessing does not work; knowing does.

What you have afterwardsAfter three months
  • Visibly less body fat, measured in girths and weight instead of guessed
  • Muscle mass still in place, so your metabolism does not collapse
  • A way of eating that holds up at restaurants and on busy days
  • You know how much protein you need and how to hit it without endless counting

How we tackle it

Lasting fat loss rests on three things: enough protein and a sustainable calorie deficit (nutrition), keeping or building muscle so your metabolism does not collapse (strength training), and sleep and stress under control so your hunger hormones work with you instead of against you.

That is why you never work with a forbidden-foods list here, but with a plan built on your actual week, restaurant visits and busy days included. We measure waist, weight and energy weekly, and adjust before things stall.

Frequently asked questions

How many kilos can I lose per month?
A sustainable pace is 0.5 to 1% of your body weight per week, often 2 to 4 kilos per month at the start. Faster is possible, but then you lose muscle and resilience, and you pay that back later.
Do I have to cut carbs or sugar completely?
No. No food is forbidden. We build your nutrition around protein, vegetables and correct portions; within that there is room for the things you enjoy. That is exactly why you can sustain it.
Does this work at forty or fifty?
Yes. Walter started at sixty and calls it the best investment in fifteen years. The method adapts to your starting point, not the other way round.
