This page belongs to the app Timon Dhaeze Coaching on iPhone and Android. Timon Dhaeze Coaching is a trade name of FD96 BV, a private limited company under Belgian law, Vrijdagmarkt 61 box 101, 9000 Ghent, company and VAT number BE 1042.266.978, Register of Legal Entities Ghent. Here you read how to have your account and your data deleted, also if you no longer have the app.

Deleting in the app

• Open the app and go to Profile.
• Open My account.
• Choose to delete your account and confirm.

Your account and your data in the app are permanently deleted after thirty days. Within those thirty days you can still undo the deletion. Email me at coaching@timondhaeze.com to do so.

Deleting without the app

If you no longer have the app or it does not work, send an email to coaching@timondhaeze.com with the subject "Delete account". Send that email from the email address of your account. If you use another address, state the email address of your account. I then first ask for a confirmation at that address, so nobody else can have your account deleted.

I confirm your request within five working days and start the deletion. In that case too, your data in the app is permanently deleted after thirty days.

What is deleted

• your account: your name, your email address and your password;
• your training and nutrition logs;
• your habits and your check-ins;
• your progress photos;
• your messages with me in the app;
• the data the app read from Apple Health or Health Connect: your steps, your active calories, your sleep, your heart rate and your recorded workouts and activities.

What is kept and for how long

• Invoices and accounting records: ten years, because Article 315 of the Belgian Income Tax Code 1992 and Article 60 of the Belgian VAT Code require it.
• Your contact details, my notes on your coaching and the recordings of our calls outside the app: until twelve months after your coaching ends. If you want me to delete that data straight away too, say so in your email. I then delete it within a month.

Your coaching agreement

Deleting your account does not end your coaching agreement. Cancelling works as set out in the terms and conditions.
