Through the application form: name, email address, phone number and what you tell me about your goal and situation. I use these solely to answer your application and, if you become a client, to follow up your coaching (performance of the agreement). Through the protein calculator: the data you enter and your email address, to send you the result and follow-up emails (consent, unsubscribe at any time). If you book a discovery call, Google Calendar processes your name and email address to schedule the appointment.
Anything you tell me about injuries, conditions or medication is treated strictly confidentially, used only to make your coaching safe and appropriate, and never shared without your explicit consent.
Applications that do not lead to a collaboration: at most one year. Client data: during the program and up to five years after (legal and accounting obligations up to ten years where required).
Your data is never sold. It is stored with processors I need to operate (hosting, email, coaching software, Google for calendar and video calls), always under a data processing agreement.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email coaching@timondhaeze.com and you will receive an answer within thirty days. Complaints can be filed with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
