The training sessions take place in Ghent, Belgium, or as a one-on-one health consult by video call (45 min) if you live further away. You book them by email after your contribution and use them within 12 months of the official launch.
The 8 weeks of coaching are online, so they work wherever you live in Europe. We pick the start date together, any time within 12 months of your contribution.
All amounts include VAT.
The coaching I give my one-on-one clients, running on your own data, in your own language.
- Your training and nutrition, built from a short intake.
- Adjusted every week to your own data: your trend weight, the sets you log, your sleep and your steps.
- Sleep, stress and daily habits are part of the plan.
- In English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian.
Why I'm doing this
In 2017 I lost my brother, Florian. He was the one who first took me to the gym. In the years after the loss, I went through depression and eating disorders, and I was able to turn my life around completely.
My company, FD96 BV, is a tribute to my brother Florian Dhaeze, who was born in 1996. Everything I build, I build in his name. He's the engine behind my ambition.
The road back was slow, painful, and hard. The purpose of everything I built has always been the same: to spare other people that road and to help as many people as possible, supporting their health as efficiently and affordably as I can, with every step carried by science and data.
I see the same thing everywhere now. We know more than ever, and still a lot of us feel more stressed and less connected every year. Our physical and mental health pays for it. That's why I want this in as many hands as possible.

Where this could go
By 2028, we're aiming to connect Coach Timon to health experts across Europe, so your doctor, physio and coach can work from the same picture of you, with your permission. No more starting your story from scratch at every appointment.
Questions people ask
How is this different from the apps I already have?
Most apps track one thing. Coach Timon connects your training, nutrition, sleep and habits, and adjusts them every week the way I do with my clients. I wrote the full story in Why another app?
Who writes my plan?
Fixed rules, built on my own method, the work of leading experts and 443 scientific studies. You see which rule moved your plan, every week. I use AI to build and run the app as one person. It doesn't make up the rules.
What does lifetime access mean?
You use Coach Timon for as long as the app exists, without paying again. The full details, including what happens if the app ever stops, are in article 15 of the terms.
What's the founding members community?
A private group in the app, only for founding members, where you vote on what gets built next.
What does "a direct line to me" mean?
You can always message me personally in the app, for as long as it exists: a question, an idea, feedback on the app. I read every message and answer myself. A personal plan with weekly coaching from me is the €1,000 tier.
Can I change my mind?
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. You get your contribution back in full, unless a session or coaching you asked for already took place; then I deduct that part. Companies have no right of withdrawal.
When do I get access?
The moment Coach Timon is in the app stores. Founding members get access right away and are the very first to use the system. The founding members community opens on that day too. The official launch date follows, and you'll find it first in the updates on this page. The closed beta, from 1 November 2026, is a separate test with 30 people.

Yes. Every amount on this page includes VAT.
How do you protect my health data?
This is health data, so it gets the strictest protection. Before the app goes live, it gets secured as well as I possibly can. That's also where the first €10,000 goes.
