Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to work, remember preferences or measure use. Similar techniques such as local storage in your browser are covered here too.
On your first visit you see a panel with three categories. Essential is always on: that is what the site needs to work. Analytics covers the visitor measurement of my CRM software and Google Analytics. Marketing is the Meta pixel. You choose per category. You can also reject or accept everything at once. Every choice gets a consent ID and a timestamp, so you can find it again later. Your choice stays valid for six months. After that I ask again. If you say no, nothing is loaded. Anything else that could set cookies (the chat and the YouTube videos) only loads after you click it yourself. Fonts are hosted on my own domain and the header videos come from my own video hosting.
My hosting partner may set a technical cookie when it detects suspicious traffic, to protect the site against abuse. The invisible bot check on the forms sets no cookies. The free health check saves your answers in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. If you request your report, your answers and your result do come to me, as explained in the privacy policy. If you take the check without requesting your report, everything stays on your device. If you start the chat or make a choice in the consent panel, your browser remembers that choice. No consent is required for this necessary storage.
At the bottom right there is a chat button. My chat software only loads once you click it and start the chat. It then stores an identifier of the conversation in your browser, so you find the conversation again when you come back. If you do not start the chat, nothing is loaded.
The videos on the About and Contact pages are hosted on YouTube. You first see a still image from my own domain. Only when you click play does YouTube (Google) load the video, in its privacy-friendly variant without advertising cookies. Google may then use cookies or local storage under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
The booking calendar on the Intro call page is my own picker. It sets no cookies. Your choice goes to my customer software, as explained in the privacy policy.
If you accept the Analytics category, my CRM software measures your visit: which pages, how long, which link brought you in and the type of device. It ties that to a random visitor number. If you later fill in a form, that number can be linked to your contact details, so I see which pages you viewed beforehand. With the same consent, Google Analytics, by Google Ireland Limited, measures which pages you view, how long you stay, how you arrived and which steps you take, such as sending a form. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. All of this helps me improve the site and my offer. If you accept the Marketing category, the pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, loads. It sets a cookie that lets Meta see which visits come from my ads and which pages you viewed afterwards. That tells me which ad works and what an application costs me. Meta can also show my ads to people similar to you. The same consent covers the reports I send directly from my server to Meta when you send a form, book a call or complete a purchase. For collecting and passing on this data, Meta and I are joint controllers under Meta's Controller Addendum (facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum). For what Meta then does with the data itself, Meta alone is responsible under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). Meta may transfer data to Meta Platforms Inc. in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent. If you withdraw it at the bottom of this page, the report from my server stops too.
Separately from that choice, I measure visitor numbers with a service that sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not track visitors across websites. I only see totals: how many visitors, which pages, from which country.

You can always delete or block cookies in your browser settings (usually under Settings, Privacy). You withdraw your consent for the chat here: . Storage the chat software already created is removed through your browser. You change your choice for the Analytics and Marketing categories here: . The panel reappears and your new choice applies immediately. Cookies that were already set can then be removed through your browser.
