Regular exercise and targeted training help keep your body supple, strong, and resilient and play a key role in how you feel. Together, we'll explore how exercise can become a regular, achievable part of your life. We always start with your level, body, and schedule. No rigid schedules or performance pressure, but a targeted approach that helps your body become more supple, stronger, and more balanced. The focus is on sustainable exercise and consistency, so your body better supports you in your daily life.

We brengen je huidige leefstijl, gezondheid en doelen helder in kaart. Geen aannames, wel een duidelijk vertrekpunt.
Analyse van houding, bewegingspatronen en spierdisbalansen, zodat we exact weten waar bijsturing nodig is.
Gericht op het aanpakken van jouw zwakke schakels en het verbeteren van beweging en houding.
Training in een fitness naar keuze (Maldegem, Maarkedal of Gent) met focus op techniek, krachtopbouw, progressie en vertrouwen in je lichaam.
Elke week één gezondheidsthema met uitleg, context en praktische toepassing.
Handige, geïllustreerde handleiding waarin alle info die jij nodig hebt gebundeld is en waar je altijd op kan terugvallen.
We bekijken je vooruitgang, bespreken je gezondheid en bepalen hoe je verder kan en waar bijsturing nodig is.
Alle info omtrent training, voeding, progressie en opvolging overzichtelijk op één centrale plek.
Coaching starter pack — €300
For one month, the focus is on personal training, supplemented with targeted coaching.
The goal is clear:
Build a strong physical and mental foundation that you can continue to use independently after this program. Not a temporary motivation, but an approach that works in real life.
What are we doing this month?
The guidance is based on four pillars of health: exercise, nutrition, stress and sleep — with training as the core.
Each week focuses on a single theme. During the sessions and follow-up, you'll receive targeted explanations and practical insights so you can:
understands how your body works
gain insight into your weak links and imbalances
know where and why you get stuck
learns how to continue to tackle this independently
This way you not only become stronger, but you also build insight and confidence in your own body.
